However, this isn’t the first time Sons of the Forest has been delayed. Game will be released at the end if the year. So far, the developer has promised a sequel that lives up to the high bar set by its 2018 first-person survival game, The Forest. Sons Of The Forest, the eagerly anticipated sequel to 2018's The Forest, now has a release date. In November 2021, Endnight Games unveiled that Sons of the Forest would launch on May 20, 2022, for PC, which would have been eight years since the original. To be able to deliver our vision of the next step in survival games, we’ve decided to move our release date to October 2022
